I created the Strengths Springboard for one simple reason - it's too important not to. I've seen too many people convinced, rightfully, that they can and should build a strengths-based worklife, only to find that the organization they work for seems to want the complete opposite.
Together, I hope we can change that. I really do. Too many people need us to do so.

It's up to us to break with relentless, meaningless traditions in our organizations. The world is changing around us and we can choose to shape the future or sit tight and trust that others will make things all right (I personally can't do the latter).
