The outcomes question
Wouldn't it be nice if every person in your company had discovered a specific, visceral answer to this question:
"How does what I do every day, my unique set of strengths and how I work with my colleagues to bring them to life, change the life of my company's customers for the better?"
Everyone geared to the end result, serving the customer and not the internal machinery of the organization; outcomes not activities.
